Since 2013, the Mike series has been a constant and very successful part of the Pohl Force product range. With the new Mike Seven Flamed Ti, designer Dietmar Pohl relies on the interaction of high-precision CNC manufacturing, modern materials and traditional craftsmanship in the realization of his new, exciting design.
The Mike Seven impresses with its very distinctive appearance. The 10 centimeter long and 4 millimeter thick Spear-Point blade is made of powder metallurgical CPM S35VN steel. This is characterized by excellent edge retention and high toughness. Designer Dietmar Pohl decided on a two-tone finish for the blade of the Mike Seven Flamed Ti. The noble and carefully hand-applied lengthwise satin finish creates an exciting contrast to the fine stonewashed finish of the blade. Using the flipper, the blade equipped with ball bearings can be opened with ease. The finely grooved areas serve as index points and create a secure grip. Hardened sliding washers in the titanium liners reduce wear to a minimum and create a smooth blade action.
The handle of the Mike Seven is made of titanium in integral construction. Both liners and bolsters, as well as the frame lock, are each milled from a solid piece of titanium. The frame lock is equipped with a screwed steel insert with over-travel stop. The handle scales made of high-quality canvas composite create a grippy and slip-free haptic and highlight the exciting appearance of the flamed titanium surfaces. The solid pocket clip is also made of titanium with a flamed surface.
The impressive backspacer pays homage to the design of the striking skull crusher of the Movie Knife No. 9. It is an elemental part of the handle scales and another exciting detail of the new folding knife model.
The Mike Seven Flamed Ti is only manufactured in small batches as part of the Pohl Force Exclusive Series. The elaborate certificate confirms the authenticity of the knife.
Mike Seven Holster - Included with the Mike Seven is a robust and durable tactical holster made of nylon. It can be carried on a belt or with the proven M.O.L.L.E. system. The length-adjustable cover protects the knife reliably from loss and damage during use. If necessary, it can be removed to allow easy and quick access as a quickdraw holster.A lockable additional compartment serves for the safe storage of smaller utensils. The wide pull-up strap on the cover allows safe operation with gloves.
